Flashprint 3d Printer Software

Dear Ivan
I upgraded FlashPrint to version 3.6 yesterday (Ubuntu 14.04), and also upgraded the firmware from 2.3 to 2.4.20150916. Afterwards, Simplify3D ceased to communicate with the Dreamer over USB, although FlashPrint was able to communicate with the printer. I read on a Simplify3D forum (https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3578) that the problem may be to a change to the USB VID. Anyway, FlashPrint 3.6 wouldn't allow me to roll back the firmware to 2.3, and it was a pain in the arse to uninstall 3.6=>find/install an old version of FP=>copy the firmware files to Desktop=>uninstall old FP=>reinstall FP 3.6=>copy/paste the old firmware files from Desktop to the Firmware/Dreamer folder=>roll back the firmware, which is now an OLDER version (2.2), because I couldn't find a more recent version of FlashPrint or the firmware files themselves. It would make more sense to include the old firmware files in the latest version of FlashPrint, at least until S3D and others address the USB communication issue.
Regards,
Merle
